Believing that providing high-quality products is a great responsibility towards customers, and being keen to enhance the trust of our customers of all ages and groups in the community, and absolute transparency in clarifying and providing all information and facts about all its products, meals and preparation methods, McDonald's has activated its Open Door program for its customers in 43 McDonald's restaurants distributed in the Central, Eastern and Northern regions of the Kingdom.

McDonald's "Open Door" program was launched in 2007, and it consists of tours inside McDonald's kitchens that allow our dear customers to personally learn about the quality and safety standards followed in our restaurants. This year, McDonald's has activated the program on its dedicated application, as well as on social media platforms by adding a link that allows our dear customers to book a visit appointment from Sunday to Wednesday of each week from 2 PM to 6 PM. Our representatives at the designated restaurants receive them and take them on a tour of the restaurant to learn about the quality, safety standards and the methods used in preparing their favorite meals.

McDonald's "Open Door" program is an integral part of McDonald's responsibility in spreading and enhancing food awareness and culture for all members of the community, and clarifying all the nutritional information and facts related to its meals, their quality, safety measures, and the methods used in their preparation and processing, as well as their nutritional value. Our dear customers' visit to McDonald's kitchens is an important step to provide them with the opportunity to be very close to the meal preparation stage that they have always greatly enjoyed, and these visits will completely clarify the picture for them, enhance their food culture, and answer their questions about McDonald's restaurants.

This program comes within McDonald's strategy of transparency in clarifying nutritional information, which falls under the social responsibility to serve the community. For more, visit our website at: Ajyalona.com
